The start of the Indian Premier League match between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore was delayed following explosions outside the Chinnaswamy Stadium on Saturday.
Following intermittent rain, the covers were brought on and the toss, scheduled for 1530 hrs, was delayed. The match though is inconsequential with both teams are out of the reckoning for a berth in the semi-finals of the tournament.
